Eligibility for Refunds

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Digital services (consultations, custom development) are non-refundable once delivered.

Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
